- making some doctors appointments for my hormone levels and eczema
- continuing with the cold showers
- continuing with pilates, spinning, running meditation and yoga
- potentially adding leg press and treadmill with incline to workouts
- becoming more mindful of my posture
- regular lymphatic drainage and muscle relaxation massages
- continuing sun protection every day
- continuing taking my supplements & chlorophyll water with dissolved liposomal iron
- making more pea protein smoothies
- staying hydrated with water, nettle tea, ginger tea, black tea oat lattes & matcha oat lattes
- continuing using eyedrops twice a day
- continuing retinol cream and glycolic acid for dark spots, get azelaic acid
- continuing aloe vera mist, squalane and using a face roller & gua sha to massage it in, and an antioxidant mask
- moisturizing my hands before falling asleep
- new head for my sonic toothbrush, keeping on using a tongue scraper, getting a waterpik
- getting some shea butter lotion for my body
- studying for my degree nearly every day
- continuing my creative projects, website, learning programming
- beginning to read some autobiographies
- more traveling, events and museums
- continuing getting my nails done every few weeks
- getting lash lifts
- growing my hair even longer, braiding it before sleeping, letting it airdry, scalp massages with rosemary oil, occasional hairmasks
- selling stuff i don't need anymore
- possibly some jaw correction and sterilization
- still no social media :)
